Rules and Regulations
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Rulebook prescribes the conditions and manner of maintaining order at the vessel storage facility ADRIATIC DRY DOCK d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Storage Facility").
These rules apply to the entire area of the Storage Facility managed by ADRIATIC DRY DOCK d.o.o.
2. PURPOSE OF STORAGE FACILITY AREAS
Dry docks are suitable for accommodating vessels for a period of one month up to one year, as well as for vessels registered for commercial activities, all in accordance with the Agreement between the Storage Facility and the Dock User.
3. NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE, ARRIVAL OF VESSELS, AND ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURE
Every vessel User who intends to place a vessel in the Storage Facility via land access is obliged to announce their arrival and obtain approval from the Storage Facility to enter the area managed by the Storage Facility.
The Storage Facility is not obliged to accept vessels at a dry dock if the Dock User has not reported their arrival.
The Storage Facility has the right to refuse any type of service for vessels that have not made a prior notification as prescribed.
Dry docks are assigned by the Storage Facility according to the docking plan, for which a Dry Dock Usage Agreement is concluded with the Dock User under the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Business.
The Storage Facility is not obliged to allow entry or stay on its premises for trailers and vessels that have not been previously announced.
Before granting a dry dock, the Storage Facility has the right to photograph the Dock User's vessel from all four (4) sides.
4. VESSEL STAY AT THE DOCK, MOVEMENT OF VESSELS, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MEASURES, AND PROCEDURES IN CASE OF DANGER OR MARITIME ACCIDENTS
Accommodation of vessels at dry docks and all additional services are charged according to the current price list of services.
The Storage Facility has the right to change the assigned dock and move the vessel to another dock without prior approval from the Dock User.
When the Dock User or a person authorized by the Dock User is on the vessel or within the Storage Facility, it is considered that the Dock User is responsible for supervising the vessel, and in such cases, the Storage Facility has no obligation to supervise the vessel.
The Dock User is obliged to ensure the maintenance of the vessel and equipment to prevent possible damage.
The Dock User must immediately notify the Storage Facility of any environmental pollution.
Upon receiving a report of environmental pollution, the Storage Facility staff will proceed to remove the consequences using the equipment and means available to prevent further contamination.
The Storage Facility has the right to charge the Dock User for intervention or remediation of environmental damage.
The Storage Facility infrastructure is used at one's own risk.
Within the Storage Facility, the following are prohibited:

Moving vehicles, bicycles, scooters, e-scooters, and similar transportation devices at a speed greater than 10 km/h, regardless of propulsion type;

Operating a boat engine for rinsing or other onshore purposes;

Obstructing access to vessel accommodation devices;

Moving, modifying, or removing devices and equipment of another vessel, except when necessary to prevent immediate and obvious damage;

Hanging laundry or storing various items in the Storage Facility area, or otherwise disrupting its visual appearance;

Occupying docks with equipment, devices, or other items of any kind (e.g., ladders, auxiliary boats, access gangways, antennas, boxes, containers, Floor coverings, carpets, bicycles, carts, scooters, e-scooters, and other means of transport, ladders, chairs, tables, benches, dinghies, windsurf boards, jet skis, and other equipment;
The Storage Facility is authorized to move equipment found outside the vessel and charge for its relocation and is not obliged to store it;
Refueling or transferring fuel;
Storing flammable and explosive substances or substances with strong or unpleasant odors anywhere within the Storage Facility;
Welding or lighting fires;
Performing repair, painting, varnishing, reconstruction, superstructure construction, or other work on the above-water or underwater parts of the hull, deck, equipment, or engine, or on other parts of the vessel beyond routine maintenance, or performing noisy or environmentally polluting work on the vessel;
For vessel work, the external area of the Storage Facility is designated;
Performing actions on the vessel or within the Storage Facility that could endanger human life, cause fire, pollute the sea, or damage other vessels;
Conducting business activities on vessels or within the Storage Facility area (except for affiliated companies of the Storage Facility and authorized contractors) without prior permission in accordance with the Contractor Relationship Rules.
Connection of vessels to the Storage Facility's electrical and water installations is allowed only if the vessel has proper installations and only for the duration of the Dock User's stay on the vessel. The Storage Facility has no obligation or responsibility regarding the proper condition of the vessel's installations or connection cables.

Using tanks, jerrycans, or similar containers located outside the vessel to discharge gray or black wastewater while at dry dock;

Discharging wastewater from gray or black tanks or directly from toilets;

Discharging waste oils and oily bilge water into the environment;

Polluting the air by releasing dust, smoke, or other gases above the amounts allowed by special regulations;

Using trailers, caravans, campers, camping cabins, etc., for accommodation;
-
Bringing into or leaving at the Storage Facility any camping cabin, caravan, camper, trailer (open or closed, regardless of purpose), or other items.
The Storage Facility is in no way responsible for the storage of trailers or for any damage to trailers, or for any loss or damage to items that were in or on the trailer.

For all trailers found on the Storage Facility premises that have not been previously announced, the Storage Facility has the right to charge additional fees for the retention and/or relocation of such trailers.

Feeding pets;

Keeping dangerous animals;

Walking pets off-leash or without a muzzle for dogs that may pose a danger;

Disturbing the night-time peace between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. DEPARTURE OF DOCK USERS FROM THE STORAGE FACILITY
Before leaving, the Dock User is obliged to switch off all devices, electrical and gas consumers on the vessel, close valves on gas cylinders, fuel tank valves, and sea valves, turn off the main switch and engine ignition electronics, and disconnect the vessel from the Storage Facility's electrical and water installations.
Before departure, the Dock User must secure and fasten sails, masts, and ropes, store all equipment, check that all windows are properly and securely closed, and ensure that all movable and fixed awnings are closed and fastened.
The Dock User is specifically required to remove and store fenders, sails, movable and fixed awnings, and all other equipment on the vessel left on land to prevent possible damage.
6. DEPARTURE OF VESSELS FROM THE STORAGE FACILITY
If a vessel for which a Dry Dock Usage Agreement has been concluded is to be permanently removed, the vessel owner is obliged to notify the reception about the removal, and the Dry Dock Usage Agreement must be terminated in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Business. The Storage Facility is not obliged to allow the vessel to leave if there are outstanding debts.
If there are no outstanding debts, the Storage Facility is neither obliged nor authorized to prevent the vessel's departure.
7. WASTE REPORTING AND ACCEPTANCE FROM VESSELS
It is the responsibility of the vessel User to independently dispose of, sort, or empty waste at the designated location.
It is acknowledged that the Environmental Protection Policy is published on the website, and all users of the Storage Facility's services agree that they are familiar with the additional environmental protection rules.
8. METHOD OF CONTROL
The authority managing the Storage Facility is responsible for supervising the implementation of this Rulebook.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Rulebook comes into force on February 10, 2025.
All users of the Storage Facility's services have been informed of the contents of this Rulebook through its publication on the Storage Facility's website.
In case of a dispute, the Croatian version of this Rulebook shall prevail.
